PowerVerde Inc. Enters into a

PHOENIX -- PowerVerde Inc. enters into a letter of intent with Endless Energy Inc. to supply a PowerVerde 25/50 kw Radial Piston Turbine Motor for a joint venture project between the two Companies.

Under the terms of this venture, PowerVerde will deliver this motor to Endless Energy within 45 days for implementation into a ThermalGen鈩? integrated system. This system is a complete energy module replacing traditional water heating, home heating and home cooling infrastructure. As a byproduct, this technology also produces electricity. Endless Energy believes that, without compromising heating, cooling or hot water, a typical home or business using its system can save at least 70% of their Cheap GUCCI energy costs.
